It’s primary focus is on how to prepare your business for sale over the next 2-10 years.
We believe that this cannot be performed in a single meeting. That is why our Business Succession Coaching is built around yearly, one-on-one meetings, at your facility, with complete updates and a review of your business each and every year. At the end of every year, you will know how much you gained or lost in the value of your business.

In the subsequent yearly meetings, we update the financial recast and our opinion of value, review what has changed in the business, factors affecting your industry, what impact the industry changes have had on your value, and additional succession planning options. Then we refine the value drivers and detractors for the next year, update the list of changes you could make, and estimates on how the value of the business would increase by implementing the changes.
